This is a crazy country. This is a road tarred by the Peter Obi government in Abatete, Anambra State just this November already overgrown with weeds.
Only in Nigeria can this level of criminality be allowed by the people. I gathered from the villagers that the road was tarred in the night. I cannot understand why our govt is doing this to its own people.

this picture days ago so the grass is sprouting this January while the
road was tarred in Nov 2012.
Pray who accepted such roads as properly
done? As a lawyer, is the AG not involved at some points in government
contracts awards and for approvals for payments to be processed? Can a
contractor be paid without the AG ascertaining that he has met the
agreement? Did the Anambra AG has already certified that the Abatete-
Eziowelle road met all agreed standard? Questions, questions!
The asphalt is not upto half an inch
while the standard is bteween six inches to nine. That is why the
tender grass as you can see can sprout even in dry season in less than
one month of construction. I am taking to some lawyers on the
possibility of a private citizen challenging such sordid action of govt.
Such madness must stop ---
