Obama Visit to Africa: Is Nigerian Army deliberately targeting civilians again? Why Nigeria Was Snubbed by US Govt.

OBAMA SNUBS NIGERIA:

Citing strong human and civil rights  violations, unchecked corruption amongst Nigerian government officials, President Barack Obama, who will make a week long trip to Africa this summer, will not visit Nigeria.

In statement issued Monday, the White House said, President Obama and his wife Michelle will visit Senegal, South Africa and Tanzania from June 26 to July 3.
Last week, Sen. John Kerry, US Secretary of State, in a statement, had expressed concerns about credible allegations that Nigerian security forces are committing gross human rights violations in North eastern Nigeria.

Despite Nigerian assurances that Nigerian pilots were instructed to avoid  civilian casualties, they deliberately continued to target civilians

Jan 16 1970 (Part 2) - 4 days after the final fall of Owerri and therefore Biafra. Look at the relief on their faces. Col. Obasanjo and men of the Third Marine Commando can be seen as well as Biafra's Col. 'Hannibal' Achuzie's wife and their son, refugees finding their way home, a heavily camouflaged Radio Biafra, and Uli airstrip at the end. Again no audio
:-(

This was Jan 16 1970 Part 1 - 4 days after the final fall of Owerri and therefore Biafra. Look at the relief on their faces. Obasanjo and men of the Third Marine Commando can be seen as well as Biafra's Col. 'Hannibal' Achuzie's wife and their son. Most touching of all to me is the dance at the end by Michael Chidi and his long time 'Enemy Combatant' glad to see they finally made up, lol (just kidding). All is well that ends well. Again no audio :-(

Clearly the best day of the war. Soldiers from the Third Marine Commandoes take the Uli Air Strip, bringing about an end to the carnage and bloodshed. A lot happened in January 1970:

[1] Odumegwu Ojukwu fled on January 10 1970
[2] At 6.00am on January 11, Ojukwu's pre-recorded message stating that he was flying abroad to negotiate and get assistance was broadcast on Radio Biafra
[3] Phillip Effiong surrendered on January 12 1970
[4] Yakubu Gowon accepted the surrender in a national broadcast on January 12 1970
[5] Lt Col. Phillip Effiong, Lt Col David Ogunewe, Lt Col Patrick Anwunah, Lt Col Patrick Amadi and Commissioner of Police, Chief Patrick Okeke met with Gowon's cabinet at Dodan Barracks on January 15 1970
[6] Gowon delivered his national reconciliation speech on January 15 1970
[7] Ojukwu delivered his message from exile on January 16 1970
[8] Immediately after Effiong's broadcast, food aid started pouring into Biafra
[9] The much feared pogroms did not take place
[10] Three major events took place in early January 1970 that forced Ojukwu to flee - the captures of Owerri, Radio Biafra and the Uli airstrip. What precise day and time did Uli fall?Soldiers from the Third Marine Commandoes take the Uli Air Strip, bringing about an end to the carnage and bloodshed. A lot happened in January 1970:
