Anambra Election a Prelude to that 2015 Disintegration Prediction by US Officials

Not too long ago the US government were reported to have predicted that Nigeria may not survive a likely turmoil in 2015, even though they are now back tracking  claiming "The views expressed were those of individuals and do no represent official US intelligence or policy positions and that it was made based  on a  prediction of a  possibility of a coup by junior officers of the Nigerian Military forces.

 The date obviously gives a political undertone to the problem considering that it coincides with when our next general elections are due. The significance of the prediction does not lie in the maker as those who perceive America as omniscience would want the nation to believe. 

This brings us to the recently held but not held elections in Anambra state where courtesy of Federal forces controlled by President Jonathan the  Anambra State election already had a winner before the registered voters went out to cast their votes. According to an impeccable source, a plan was hatched by the ruling All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA)  to stop every observer or witness who had the capability of exposing or  capturing details of the cryptic farce election ,and this was carried out and  executed up to far away Imo capital at Disney Hotel , Owerri,  where members of Justice and Equality Organisation, known for their doggedness in monitoring elections with spy cameras and hidden gadgets and  capturing details from miles away  with specialized cameras were detained and even Mallam El Rufai was detained as he came solo as an independent observer, but was determined by SSS to be a security risk, in Obi's words could he Peter Obi go and be an election observer in El Rufai's home state ? and as such what was he doing in Anambra state  except to cause trouble he said. That again shows the power of the center held by President Jonathan .

These observers were sent by Nigeria's  most technology savvy governor, Rauf Aregbosola of Osun State because he used it himself when needed by himself to secure the Osun state house .Anambra election cannot be compared to Edo or Ondo state as were Jonathan did not intervene for preferred candidates as they are not MUST win states for Jonathan in 2015, whereas ANAMBRA , IMO, ABIA, EBONYI, RIVERS, BAYELSA AWKA IBOM, CROSS RIVERS , DELTA are MUST win states for Jonathans 2015 ambition to remain on course  and cannot be allowed to be in the hands of opposition like APC and that is what we saw clearly happen in Anambra state. 
The irony of this is that it fuels what could happen in 2015 and the crude tactic that will be in place with INEC as we all saw a  collusion from Jega to 16 Resident electoral officers sent to Anambra  including the already implicated, corrupt  and partisan Anambra REC Onukaogu. 
The fact is that should what transpired in Anambra occur in 2015 of which it is surely going to happen , the North will explode and the South -South will ask to be left alone with their oil and that brings us back to the United States of America prediction of 2015  break away .

Some other Countries Like France and indeed some of our own prophets/soothsayers were reported to have also seen ‘visions’ which corroborated the alarm. 

The truth is that anyone who has followed the history of Nigerian elections can easily have such expectations from what led to the first Nigerian civil war.

 For instance, we are all aware that the fabric of solidarity which binds our heterogeneous society together is not only fragile but tends to stretch to breaking point at the slightest provocation. Yet, our people, especially the political class, always put our country through constant threat of dismemberment while making arrangements for self and family in case.

However Nigerian politicians are non-altruist , egotistic, unpredictable and self aggrandizing as you can see the former famed leader of N.A.D.E.C.O Alhaji Bola Tinubu  a few days ago paying a democratically and politically motivated visit to Minna Hilltop residence of Ibrahim Babangida of all people whom he fought for the June 12 Abiola Mandate , infarct from where he became popular politically while on exile in Chicago , USA were he sought and was given political asylum at the time running from both Babangida and Abacha's Killing Machine. 

Although President Jonathan has said several times that it is premature and distracting to get involved in electioneering until next year, the nation is already broken into 2 irreconcilable groupings concerning his role in 2015 elections.

 And whereas the first group which is a large portion of the south appears ready to die if the President is not re-elected, the second group-another large portion of the North seems ready to bring the world to an end if power does not shift to the North in 2015.

Unfortunately, the show down is virtually inevitable because of the lucrative nature of politics and the winner-takes-all political system that we run. For how long will our nation survive, when with little or no work, a tiny elite group appropriates so much to itself while an exceedingly large segment of the population is left look on and praise sing.

Having said this it is pertinent to note that Nigerian politicians are already preparing while deceiving their subjects in Nigeria. Our investigations in the United States shows that Nigerian politicians have topped other countries in application for US investor Visa for 2013-14 which requires you to have one million dollars invested in the US system. All their children are registered in top US schools, they have acquired several houses for cheap in the bad foreclosure market. US on its own knowing what is coming has technically disqualified Nigeria from the Green card lottery henceforth to minimize filing for relatives and the anticipated mass influx.

Even Nollywood stars are not excluded in the exodus, you can see Aki and Paw Paw and wife in Minnesota, USA and have applied for necessary documents to stay in the USA. 

Time will tell if Nigeria will remain one and its just less than two years
