How Peter Obi betrayed my father – Emeka Ojukwu Jnr.***That N600m settlement that went far......

On why he left Obi’s government, Ojukwu (Jnr.) said: “I resigned as commissioner in Governor Peter Obi’s government and some people felt that I should not do that. Today those people have vindicated me. There were several irregularities that I saw then that made me leave the government of Peter Obi.....Ojukwu Jnr

TODAY....

NOW THAT PETER OBI SETTLED EMEKA OJUKWU & VICTOR UMEH THEY ARE SINGING PETER PETER , GREGORY GREGORY , ONWUBUASI , ONWUBUASI YOU ARE THE BEST !!!
From GEOFFREY ANYANWU, Awka
The crisis rocking the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) yesterday took another dimension as the first son of late leader of the party, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Chief Emeka Ojukwu (Jnr.) accused Governor Peter Obi of betraying the Ikemba Nnewi after death.
Ojukwu (Jnr.), who was addressing the Nnewi North chapter of APGA, also alleged that while pockets of crisis in APGA lingered on when his father was alive, the late Igbo leader did all he could to resolve the problem only for Obi to upturn the ideologies and ambitions of the party as pronounced by Ikemba before his death.
He said Obi personalized the party and annihilated the real grassroots’ members of the party only to bring in strangers who he wanted to do his bidding hence running the party the way he wanted and derailing it.
On why he left Obi’s government, Ojukwu (Jnr.) said: “I resigned as commissioner in Governor Peter Obi’s government and some people felt that I should not do that. Today those people have vindicated me. There were several irregularities that I saw then that made me leave the government of Peter Obi.
“What my father had in mind for APGA is not what is happening now. Ezeigbo had a vision of a party like APGA, which is poised towards accommodating all and sundry and giving Ndigbo a voice in the commity of states.
But when my father died, Governor Peter Obi chose to carry out his own agenda to the detriment of the party.
“May be he was waiting for my father to die so that he can take APGA to where he wants and do with it what pleases him. Today we have crisis that is man made and it all boils down to who will succeed him. But he failed to carry the members along and that is why we are in this situation.”
On the crisis between National Chairman, Victor Umeh and Governor Obi he said Victor Umeh had continued to fight and protect all that his late father planned and anticipated for APGA.
“Victor Umeh has been a steadfast fighter for APGA and for the Igbo couse. He risked his life, spent his money and invested his time for APGA. Without Victor Umeh, Mr. Peter Obi would never be governor in the first term, talkless of a second tenure.
“The matters we have in court are of no use. It is only man made and last time at the Federal High Court Awka, some people were deceived into believing that the court order will be quashed. But they forget that it is a legal matter and it does not follow that way.
“Ironically it is in the same court chambers that Victor Umeh defended and fought for the mandate of Mr. Peter Obi, what an irony.
“I wish to urge all APGA members to discountenance all the stories and false allegations being peddled by the governor about Victor Umeh and APGA and I assure you all that in no distant time all the crises will be over and not even Peter Obi can stop our party in 2014 election.”
But today both Ojukwu Jnr and Victor Umeh are singing a different tune ......
When elephants settle the fight , only the grass which is the masses suffers !!!
